Yesterday, I walked on the beach and spotted this scene, as the tide dropped out. It caught my eye, and something about the light was just right. I raced home to get my painting kit, only to return to the spot to find that the tide had swamped it. Cursing I made a vow to keep a bag ready made up in the car and then not have any excuse, for missed painting opportunities.So, today I was up bright and early and met fellow artist PK, down on the beach and we got a small study done each before the cloud front robbed us of the sunlight.
Feeling good that the day had started right, it was a good lesson to be learnt.
