There's something really enjoyable about working up a larger canvas from a smaller study. Getting bigger brushes moving with more open body posturing has to be fun. It certainly feels good. Then to see lots of paint on a good size surface always pleases me.

Another lush one. I hope by the time I actually have two pennies to rub together I'll still be able to afford one of your paintings as they properly leave me chilled looking at them. Love the oils and the scenes. One day. Til then I'll have to do with looking at the bizarre back lit waterfall thing I bought at Shepherds Bush market once! My eyes, my eyes. :-)
